This topic (wait for it!) will feature a number of subjects which, altogether, point to the evolving condition of our Lake. The advice of experts who know about water is that just about everything that happens above the surface of a lake (birds, animals - including people, reptiles, weather, pollen, dust), under the surface (fish, debris, plants, sediment), within the water itself (oxygen content, contaminants), or around the lake (watershed) is relevant to knowing its condition.

Each subject will include the name(s) of the lead contributor(s), and the subject leader(s) will be expected to revisit the content from time to time to keep the content up to date

Observation : The Weeds , Slime are back. The water is cleaning up from a brown color. There is a slime on the bottom which I can see. The fish , Loons and other water animals are staying away from this type of environment. Once the bottom is disturbed by boats or other means, and the bottom is cleared, then things go back to normal.
