2018 Annual BBQ and Silent Auction

Our annual BBQ and Silent Auction will take place on Sat 28 July 2018 at St James Major Catholic Church, 14608 Road 38 in Sharbot Lake.
Doors open at 4:30pm . The event is from 5- 7 pm (or so).The BBQ will be catered by Cota's Mobile Catering, the same caterer as last year. (web site www.cotasmobilecatering.com/).
The menu will include:
  • •BBQ Chicken Breast or Leg with BBQ Sauce
    •Spinach and Strawberry Salad
    •Potato Salad and Apple Slaw
    •Fresh Bun
Beer and wine available.
Advance tickets are available until July 21st for $18.00 for adults and $10.00 for children 6-10 yrs. Children under 6 eat for free. Tickets available at the Sharbot Lake Pharmacy, from Lynda MacKenzie or Joyce Waller or on-line at www.slpoa.ca/EventPurchase.php
After 21 July, ticket prices will be: Adults $20.00 and Children $12.00

There will also be a Silent Auction with items donated by individuals and businesses in the area. We have started to get the items for the Silent Auction together. To see the list of items currently obtained, please go to viewtopic.php?f=11&t=191
