As the rains subside in May and we slowly see the water level returning to a more normal level I am sure that you are looking forward to enjoying your time at the lake, as am I.
The SLPOA executive has put together the Spring 2017 Newsletter for your reading enjoyment as you rest on your deck or dock.
A couple of additional items are:
SLPOA has started a Facebook page and we encourage you to join it. You will find the Facebook logo on the main page at https://www.slpoa.ca and by clicking on it you will be re-directed to the Facebook page. This is a recent addition so we hope you will help us build it into a useful location for information.
Last year the the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry ran a fish netting program known as the BsM program, for approximately 10 days in Sharbot Lake. Their report recently became available so we extracted the pages relating to Sharbot Lake https://slpoa.ca/bfsmb/.
This year is a SLPOA election year for all positions on the executive. As there will be a turn-over in some of the positions, this is a year that we need people to bring their ideas and become part of the executive to keep the association strong and growing. We look forward to seeing you at the AGM and Dinner Event on July 29th.
